First time using Aiken Augusta Electric and security. They came out to review the issue very quickly, evaluated, and scheduled service for the next day (pretty urgent issue). Cost for service was fair, and the crew was highly professional. Honestly five stars isn't enough. Highly recommend!

First time using these guys, and they were awesome. Cheaper of two quotes, very friendly, and quick. We had them put LED recessed lighting in our living room- they came out within a day to give a quote, within a week to do the work, and finished the work in about 2 hours. We love the job they did and will be calling them first the next time we need electrical work.

My father worked for Aiken Augusta Security for 15 years, he believed in the company and the work they did. He was a hard person to please, so if he said, "we do good work" it was the word. I've known the family and Eric for several years, they stand by the work they do and value their customers and company name in the community.

The biggest shout out for Eric Presnell today!! He is known to be great with the big guys and showed today even more that he makes time for us little guys too! I know how busy he stays, and he spent two hours trying to figure out an impossible task. When we figured out that we really needed another part (when I was told I didn't by the installer)... Eric never for aggravated and only showed compassion when I was about to lose it. Y'all... This is what North Augusta is all about and I'm thankful to have people in our community that really do look out for their neighbors! If you are looking for an Electrician call Eric!
